Second shot done for the 100 themes challenge

This was in interesting shot. I was walking and I saw these. And I thought it would make an interesting picture. I played around with making different borders. I decided I wanted it like this.

Another excellent piece, there is a simplicity to it this and yet the curls give is a tunnel like quality to it. I'm not sure if this was shot in black and white or if it was just coincidence but it really adds to it.

I too like the tunnel ness of the spirals. What are they on? Windows, maybe? B&W was a good choice, I think. ^^

Yup, they're window bars downtown in my area. They actually look very uninviting if you just look at them from back a few feet.
Thanks- BW lets the audience focus more on the form than on colors, which is what i was going for.

I agree, now that you say it I can see that that is what the B&W does, but I wouldn't have seen it on my own. I'll keep it in mine for my pictures.
