First thing I've done for *100ThemesChallenge They can put this in their gallery.
I would have called this Masquerade. It was bits and pieces of my Halloween costume, and I think this is very mysterious, in an elegant way.
Why did I choose this one for Fairy Tale? Well, In all stories, there is a ball. Where they wear, on occasion, masks.

I think that the border is a good color for this, it draws out the black as well as pops the color of the mask and the feather.
Though, I think the focus on the hat could be a little better near the left corner.
